Busy Art Bee Goes A Buzzing

This was inspired by the Day of the Dead exhibit's opening reception. This exhibit is always an autumn highlight for me.

Look at Busy Art Bee
as she canvasses the gallery.
Watching her will make you dizzy,
As she buzzes from "flower" to "flower",
Pollinating the artist
with patrons aplenty,
in hopes of recognition

and monetary fruition.

Drvodka, I hope you had a good time. Yesterday, you caught a taste of the madness that is public relations. It was a little harder this time because instead of promoting a single individual I was promoting an artist, a dance co., and a theatre co. all at once. You will know be baptized the Dr.Poet:) The pix came out great!! I love that contraption you carry to snap the pix. You said it was half camara half something else. Yesterday, I took the camara and it never made it out of the "bag." Also, I'm going to have to install video monitors so when I slip into the office (I misplaced a blog in the comments section: See Sink, Sunk, Sank) who is in the vicinity (that means you Yoli) of all people to see me coming out of the handicap bathroom. Anyway, I hope you had an opportunity to meet some wonderful folks. Thanks for swinging by and supporting the artists. I plan to go back on a weekday since it was soooooo crowded and exam each piece carefully. There were two incredible pieces of art by Gerardo Bonilla from Oaxaca. Can't wait to go back and hunt him down in Oaxaca. Call me for sink, sunk, sank.

Buzz, buzz ...The first few lines came easily. It was the ending that eluded me for 1/2 an hour.
