It was ready to go to press, but then it disappeared. Vanished into thin air. I looked everywhere and couldn't retrieve it.
So where is it? It was getting late; I felt too lazy to retype it. Maybe tomorrow it will hit the presses.

Dr V, it is a good idea to write and edit your post on Word and the copy and paste to Blogger, just in case something goes wrong.
