"5 am" followup

i mentioned having a "serving" of accomplishment with my breakfast in "5 am".
if "accomplishment" was a breakfast item, what kind of breakfast food would it be or be like?

my "accomplishment" would be a croissant, perhaps one with a strawberry or chocolate filling.
i think a croissant is more sturdy or structured than something like oatmeal or cereal. To me, "accomplishment" would be in a nicely wrapped form.

what about your "accomplishment"....what breakfast food would it look like?

A blueberry scone -- solid, substantial, filling, dependable, with a touch of sweetness.

Starbucks used to have great scones, but their not what they once were. I could live off scones, but I have them only rarely. That's probably why they remain special.

Z,
the hospital i use to work at had great scones. that was about 4 years ago....wonder if that was the last time i had a scone!

transience,
i don't think i've ever had a brioche...must try one soon!

CC,
aaaaah, french toast is delicious. IHOP makes some good french toast.

darn...this post has made me verrrry hungry for a "large scale" breakfast...my normal breakfast is usually just coffee. If i wake up early enough, i can treat myself.
