Something truly wonderful happened
in the streets of downtown Chicago
on Friday, March 10.
CC mentioned it on her blog and posted a nice photo.
Of course, the Minutemen were out to counter protest.
Telling all the illegal immigrants to go home....back to YOUR country.
Saying America has enough problems.....like helping the homeless.
What? Did that woman from the Minutemen mention the homeless.
Now since when does the American government give a fuck about the homeless?
Funny seems like we don't do anything for the homeless....except we love to blame them for being homeless. Maybe some of them have made wrong choices in life but still. With a country full of Christians and Catholics, i would think we would learn to forgive some things and help each other out. Now i'm suppose to believe that illegal immigrants are the thing preventing this government and its caring people from helping the homeless.
i don't think so.
This country cares more about war.....about fighting a War on Terror......global terroism.....the struggle for extreme whatchamacallit. You get the point. The billions going to continue this poor excuse for a war could be put to better use.......like helping the homeless.
Those people better be out there today ......trying to help the homeless......because every little bit counts. Because you said it lady.....you want to help the homeless.

They keep trying to use fear to manipulate the people in this country. I'm glad that people are starting to see the light about what really stands behind the curtain.

What do we do? Well, keep voicing our concerns..anger. Maybe screaming isn't the most effective way of doing it. But we have to find a way to be heard. The worst thing would be to stay SILENT. Silence is our enemy. Silence allows people to think that everything is okay. We voice our anger until it leads to action...change.
