Update.....my White Sox are doing good this year.
We have a great team...probably a better team....this year after adding some key players like Thome. This week we traded for relief pitcher, Riske, who might be exactly what our bullpen needs. Riske was looking tonight.
Right now, the White Sox are finally starting to "run on all cylinders". Not everyone has been playing at 100% but just imagine how great we'll be when everyone is at 100%.
We have a good chance of repeating this year ;)
Interleague play begins this weekend.
Also, this weekend,
the unthinkable will occur.....
Sox fans rooting for ...the Cubs?!
Yep, see.... the Cubs are playing the Detroit Tigers.
a Cub win tonight meant ....a win for the White Sox.....we, the Sox, would gain a game on Detroit who are currently in first place in our division.
But NOOOOOOO!
the Cubs had to lose....again.
Damn!
Let's see if they can help us out this weekend. The Cubs still have 2 more games against Detroit.

If the Sox continue to win more than 60% of their games, they won't need any other team's help, including the Cubs.
I'm not yet convinced that the Tigers are a playoff team.
