Stroger's Cook County budget passed last week.
I feel cheated.
After all those protests,
the board looks like
it just rolled over and played dead.
Wait....they played "kiss ass"
It passed with a vote of 13-4 (I believe that's the correct vote)
I feel cheated....I feel like the residents have been wronged.
