she was called...."intellectually dangerous"
if the townspeople heard her talking that way, they would have run her out of town....probably pelleting her with stones.....y'know trying to be all biblical and shit.
but she admits there are inherent dangers with intelligence.....
one doesn't just accept things at face value...there's resistance....rebellion....heresy...etc.
one doesn't accept things as..."that's just how it is".....one asks "why", among other questions. one tries to understand, comprehend, reason, but sometimes ..one has no answers....just more questions.
despite the power that resides in Intelligence.....
there is something bigger..an even bigger super power.....the Unknown
Intelligence can't trump the Unknown
but that doesn't stop it from trying to decipher the Unknown
the Unkown....Intelligence's true nemesis......
Intelligence is always left trying to catch up .....
