Dark Chocolate

We love chocolate, and science shows that chocolate loves us! Dark chocolate, in particular, is the source for all the benefits we hear about, and the latest study shows that it improves blood vessel health for about 3 hours following dark chocolate consumption. Flavonoid rich dark chocolate is a super-antioxidant source; so don't be afraid to reach for some dark chocolate when you crave it! Just remember to eat it in moderation.
