The rendezvous was postponed until (hopefully) this weekend......probably was the best thing for both of us. I wasn't feeling very "social" yesterday. Besides, it was Father's Day.....had to spend time with my dad! The only thing i'm dreading now is the scorching weather....i don't want it to be in the 90s!
The Taste of Chicago kicks off this weekend! There are some good musical acts this year like Santana, Los Lonely Boys, and MOBY!! Mobfest is also happening this week at different venues like the Double Door and the Metro. My awesome White Sox (best team in baseball) face the Cubs at Comiskey Park (yes i still call it that) starting on Friday. Plenty to do this weekend in addition working and meeting a boy ;)
