Irasali wrote about this when it happened in August. The story continues; it turns bleaker. The mother committed suicide on December 8 at the park near Mt. Sinai Hospital. It was in the "Hoy" newspaper. One of the workers at my clinic witnessed the chaotic aftermath. She was on the way to the store when she saw the commotion in the park. What happened here? The police cars and ambulance lights flashing frantically.
A lady hung herself from one of the trees. Looks like she used the garbage can to reach the tree branches.
That was the mom who lost her two kids this summer. The children drowned in Lake Michigan. She was never the same. To make matters worse, people accused her of wanting to kill her children.
You were depressed so you wanted to drown your kids.
Her pain over her loss must have been incredible. Then to have others say you didn't love your children- crushing. It was 4 months after their deaths. It must have been unbearable to think of Christmas without her kids.

After something as traumatic as that she should have been referred to some type of counseling. This is such a terrible way for this story to end. I wonder what happend to the husband?
