"The Day"

When will the day arrive,
when she can stare and say,
"my boys"
as she gazes at them,
snuggling and posing
for a photo,
for her.
Her precious boys
with loving, gorgeous smiles,
Her True Love embracing their son.

Will he stare her way and say,
"my girls"
when he glances
at his daughter in his True Love's arms,
as they exchange
kisses,
smiles,
and laugh hysterically,
her boys,
his girls.....
one family,
one portrait...
